During an autopsy Skyline chili was mentioned (although not by name) as being "unique" to Cincinnati and as evidence during the autopsy. Here was my reply to CBS:
Your CSI Miami episode last night had an interesting plot twist in using a type of chili found "only" in Cincinnati, OH as evidence during an autopsy. Interesting, but flawed. The company in question would be Skyline Chili founded by Greek immigrant Nicholas Lambrinides in Cincinnati after WWII (the name Skyline derived from the view of downtown Cincinnati from his Price Hill restaurant kitchen). However, the chain also has 2 locations in Florida in Clearwater. Besides which, it is available in the frozen food section at retail stores such as Alberstons, Publix and Winn Dixie, all of which do business in Miami.
Your writers should research their plot scenarios a little further before presenting them to the viewing public.

Most people would not have caught that GL.
I can see it now...
CSI-GL! Someone has to investigate the investigators, and he's just the man for the job.
You could shake down Eva Larue and Emily Proctor and Khandi Alexander (and I think there are some guys on there too LOL!)
I always forget that you can get a little taste of home down there GL.

Not fair, Lan!
Erin's boss just left the company and I was tasked with sending Cincinnati Chili to Seattle for his going away party.
Of course, that just reaffirmed that everyone on the left coast is nuts, but that's another post.
